Complaining to foreigners similar to electoral code violation

Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud said complaining to foreigners over trifling matters of election campaign is similar to violating electoral code of conducts.

He said, “If someone has any complaint, he/she should present it to people or voters.” 

The Minister came up with the observation while exchanging views with reporters at his office in the Secretariat on Monday afternoon.

Hasan Mahmud said BNP went to the High Court (HC) with complaint against Electronic Voting Machine (EVM). The HC rejected their plea. They presented same complaint to foreigners which is similar to contempt of court.
