Strict actions through checking footages: RAB DG

Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Benazir Ahmed has assured to take step over attack on journalist Mustafizur Rahman Sumon, a staffer of internet-based news portal Agami.

He said, “Strict actions would be taken against main culprits after identifying them through checking footages of the incident.”

RAB DG assured this after visiting Mustafiz at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) on Saturday noon.

He said, “I have already instructed to investigate into the incident. Strict actions would be taken against those are involved in the incident.”
