The Bangladesh citizen, who was in ‘a very critical state’ after being hospitalised with coronavirus infection in Singapore, is now in a stable situation.
Another Bangladeshi national has returned his home as he has been discharged from a hospital there after recovery from the viral infection, IEDCR director Professor Meerjady Sabrina Flora said on Saturday.
Prof Dr Meerjady Sabrina Flora, director of the Institute of Epidemiology, Diseases Control and Research (IEDCR), said this while addressing a media briefing on the latest coronavirus situation at her office in the capital Mohakhali area.
Meerjady Sabrina Flora said, “It’s good news for us that a Bangladeshi expatriate worker has returned his home after recovering coronavirus infection in Singapore.”
The condition of rest of Bangladeshi nationals is also good. They will be discharged from the hospital in any time,” the IEDCR director added.
