Mother dies after son

After the death of son AKM Rushdee, mother Jannatul Ferdousi, a burn victim of Eskaton building fire, has died.
She died on Sunday morning while undergoing treatment at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in the city.
She was fighting for life with 95 per cent burn injuries. She was an employee of the financial division of Beximco Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The death toll of the fire incident has reached four.
Her husband Shahidul Kirmany Rony is now fighting for life at the intensive care unit of the institute.
On February 27, a fire originated from the garage of a five-storey building on Dilu Road of the capital’s Eskaton.
