Liton Das’s wife sustains burn injury

Debosri Biswas Sanchita, wife of cricketer Liton Das, has sustained burn injury in a fire caused by a cylinder blast.

The cylinder blasted while she was making tea in her house on March 27.

She disclosed the information in a post on her Facebook post on March 29 (Sunday).

In the post, Sanchita wrote “I sustained burn injury on my right hand. The accident took place when I tried to lit gas stove with matchsticks for making tea”. 

On July 28, Liton Das got married to Sonchita in a community centre at Mirpur in the capital.

Sonchita is now studying at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
