168 British citizens leave Dhaka

A special flight of British Airways carrying with 168 British citizens left Dhaka on Sunday afternoon.

According to British high commission in Dhaka, the British citizens left Dhaka by a flight of British Airways as the regular flight is suspended.

Earlier, 673 British citizens left Dhaka for their homeland in three phases.

Meanwhile, The United Kingdom (UK) government has decided to arrange five more chartered flights from Bangladesh to take back its nationals who are stranded here due to flight suspension amid coronavirus pandemic.

The flights will take off on the 29th of April, and the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th of May.
