MP Habibur Rahman Mollah dies

Dhaka-5 lawmaker Habibur Rahman Mollah passed away on Wednesday morning.

He died around 10.15am while undergoing treatment at Square Hospitals in the city.

Due to his critical physical condition, he was put on life support on Tuesday evening.

Habibur Rahman Mollah’s son Moshiur Rahman Mollah Sajol confirmed the matter.

His body will be taken to Matuail in the city, he said.

Habibur Rahman Mollah, born on January 27 in 1942, was elected lawmaker from Dhaka-4 and Dhaka-5 constituencies for three times.
