Supreme Court justice infected with corona

Justice Shashanka Shekhar Sarkar of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court has infected with coronavirus.
He is currently undergoing treatment at Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
Several sources in the Supreme Court confirmed the matter to risingbd on Monday.
According to Supreme Court sources, Justice Sheikh Shashanka Shekhar Sarkar was suffering from fever and cough since May 8.
As a result, he could not attend the full court meeting on May 10. He tested positive for coronavirus on May 11.
On May 13, his health condition deteriorated and he was admitted to Mugda General Hospital for corona treatment. Later, he was transferred to CMH from there.
On May 30, 2016, Justice Shashanka Shekhar Sarkar was appointed as a judge of the High Court.
