3,049 policemen made full recovery from Covid-19

A total of 3,049 policemen made full recovery from coronavirus as of Monday (June 8).

AIG (Media) of Police Headquarters Md Sohel Rana told risingbd that most of them joined their work station as usual after the recovery.

He said, “After becoming coronavirus positive, the cops were sent to isolation. Then, sufficient measures were taken to ensure best treatment for the cops. As a result, the rate of coronavirus infected policemen decreased and the number of recovery increased.”

According to the report of police headquarters, 6, 612 policemen were infected. Of them, 1, 850 members are from Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP).
