Mirza Abbas, his wife test coronavirus positive

BNP standing committee member Mirza Abbas and his wife Afroza Abbas, president of Nationalist Women's Party, have been diagnosed with coronavirus or Covid-19.

BNP chairperson's press wing member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed the news to the media on Wednesday (November 4).

Abbas and his wife had been sick for last two days. Later, they gave their sample on Tuesday (November 3) and the results came back positive for the virus on the same day, he said.

Both of them have been receiving treatment from their residence on the advice of the doctor, he added.

Mirza Abbas and his wife Afroza Abbas have sought blessings from the countrymen for their early recovery.
