HC issues new directions regarding share of Evaly

The high court has allowed the authority to transfer e-commerce organization Evaly’s 50 per cent shares to Russell's father-in-law and his brother-in-law.
The single-member bench of Justice Muhammad Khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order on Thursday (February 17).
The lawyer Barrister Taposh Kanti Bol confirmed the matter to media.
Earlier on February 9, High Court ordered the interim management board to transfer some shares of Evaly MD Russell and Chairman Chamima Nasrin’s share.
