DBBL ATM service to be closed for 3 days

All types of ATM booth services of Dutch-Bangla Bank will be closed for three days due to system up-gradation. Besides, Point of Sale (POS), E-commerce, rocket and debit card services will be closed for 12 to 36 hours.

This information has been disclosed in an emergency notice by the bank authorities. The message was also given to the customers of the bank via SMS on mobile phones.

The bank said, ATM, CRM, POS, E-commerce, Nexus pay, Nexus Debit card, agent banking card, Rocket, VISA, and Master Card, Debit Card and Master Credit Card services be closed from May 6 for three days.

In the notice and SMS, it is said that the system will be closed for all the services, including ATM and CRM services from 12:01 am on Thursday (May 5) to Sunday (May 8) 11:59pm.
