Heavy rain falls likely at different places across country

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over the country, according to latest update of Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Sunday (August 07).

Meteorologist Shahinul Islam confirmed this.

According to BMD, light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions; at a few places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi and Dhaka divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country.
