Another case filed against cricketer Al-Amin

Bangladesh national team cricketer Al-Amin Hossain was sued again by his wife over family violence.

Ishrat Jahan, wife of the cricketer, filed the case with a Dhaka court on Wednesday (September 7).

Metropolitan Magistrate Md Shafiuddin recorded statement of the complainant after hearing and asked the cricketer to appear before the court on September 27.

Ishrat Jahan filed the case demanding Tk 1,00,000 as maintenance per month under sections 15(1)(A)(B)(C)/16(5)(6) of Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act, 2010.

Goutam Chandra Das, Bench-Assistant at Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Court confirmed the matter.

Earlier on September 1, Ishrat Jahan had filed the other case against Al Amin with Mirpur Police Station.
