Nurse dies of dengue

A senior staff nurse of National Institute of Diseases of the Chest and Hospital (NIDCH) has died of dengue fever.

The victim Dilruba Nahar Lipi, 26, has passed away on Sunday (October 9) morning while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).

Dilruba Nahar Lipi, hailing from Chandina upazila of Cumilla, was a seventh batch student of Chattogram Nursing College.

She joined the National Institute of Diseases of the Chest and Hospital as a senior staff nurse in 2021.
