Abul Bashar reappointed as DGHS director general

The government has reappointed Professor Dr Abul Bashar Mohammed Khurshid Alam as the director general of the Directorate General of the Health Services (DGHS) for the next two years.

Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday (10 January).

Earlier on July 23 2020, Dr Khurshid Alam was first appointed as the DG of the DGHS, two days after Prof Dr Abul Kalam Azad stepped down from the post.
