Aftabnagar passport office launches Sunday

The new passport office of Aftabnagar is  going to launch its activities formally on Sunday (May 07) to serve the residents under nine police stations of the capital. 

A short message from Gov.info revealed the matter on mobile phone on Saturday (May 06).

It said, “The e-passport service of Mughda, Sabujbagh, Shahjahanpur, Khilgaon, Rampura, Motijheel, Paltan, Badda and Hatirjeheel police station will be provided from the regional passport office Dhaka East (Aftabnagar) of the capital from May 7.”

According to sources concerned, services will be available in the new office from the day of inauguration. Some 500 to 600 people can take service from this new passport office every day.

The sources also said, this regional office is going to be one of the most modern passport offices in the capital. Service aspirants can apply for passports from 9:00 am every day after the inauguration.
