Former Gazipur Mayor Zahangir at ACC

Officials of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) interrogated former Mayor of Gazipur City Corporation Zahangir Alam on different graft allegations on Tuesday.

He entered the ACC headquarters around 10:27am.

ACC Deputy Director Ali Akbar and Assistant Directors Md Aliaz Hossain and Md Ashikur Rahman quizzed Zahangir Alam.

He was earlier asked to appear on May 21 and 22, but he sought more time.

Later, the ACC fixed June 6 and June 7 for questioning him.
