Gayeshwar Chandra Roy picked up after Dholaikhal clash

A clash took place between police and leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) in the capital’s Dholaikhal area.

Police picked up BNP standing committee member Gayeshwar Chandra Roy from the city's Dholaikhal area after he had suffered injury.

BNP chairperson’s media wing member Shairul Kabir Khan claimed this on Saturday noon.

Police said Gayeshwar Chandra Roy was taking to hospital.
