5.2 magnitude earthquake jolts Bangladesh

An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 jolted different parts of Bangladesh including the capital Dhaka, according to the United States Geological Survey (USGS).
The earthquake was felt at 8:50 pm on Monday (August 14).
It was learned the epicentre was at a depth of 7 kilometres from kanaighat of Sylhet.
However, quoting the Android Earthquake Alerts system, Google said that the magnitude 5 earthquake occurred at 8:49 PM.
Apart from Bangladesh, the earthquake was felt in India and Myanmar.
