18 staff file case against Dr Yunus

Eighteen staff of Grameen Telecom have filed a case against Nobel laureate Dr Muhammad Yunus for not giving profit.

They filed the case with Dhaka Labour Court-3 on Monday.

After a hearing, Judge Marina Yasmin summoned Dr Yunus to respond by 16 October.

Dr Yunus’s lawyer Barrister Md Abdullah Al Mamun said he did not receive any order paper yet. Steps will be taken after getting the paper. The staff worked before 2006.
