Huge crowds at Kawla rally, PM at stage

Huge number of people have gathered at the Kawla rally organized on the occasion of opening of exciting third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA).

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina reached the rally venue around 3: 15pm on Saturday.

Leaders and activists of Awami League and its associate bodies thronged the rally venue from the noon.

On October 7, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina made the soft opening of exciting third terminal of HSIA with slogan of  ‘connecting dreams to reality’ towards making Bangladesh as an aviation hub.

Sheikh Hasina, however, gave the order to postpone the rally, which was scheduled to be held on October 7 at Kawla Civil Aviation Field, due to torrential rain and considering the sufferings of the party leaders and workers.
