Minister sits with leaders of education cadres this night

Education Minister Dipu Moni will hold a meeting this night (Saturday) with the leaders of BCS education cadres who are continuing a movement for several demands.

The meeting will begin at 8:30pm at the minister’s government residence in the city.

Public Relations Officer of Technical and Madrasa Education Division Md Zahid Hossain Khan confirmed the news.

The three-day ‘all-out’ work abstention of the Bangladesh Civil Service education cadre teachers and officers concluded on Thursday with the announcement of a new programme.

Their demands include promotion and an end to discrimination existing among different cadres of the BCS.
