‘It is necessary to expel Peter Haas’

AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik, a retired judge of the Appellate Division of Bangladesh Supreme Court, has said that it has become necessary to expel the US Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Haas.

He came up with remark at a discussion titled 'Our Country, Our Decision’ at the Jatiya Press Club's Tafazzal Hossain Manik Mia Hall on Friday (October 27) on Friday noon. Swadhinata Sangbadik Forum organized the discussion.

"According to the International Court of Justice, a country cannot interfere in the internal affairs of another country. If we think that it has become necessary to expel the US Ambassador to Bangladesh. Because, he (Peter) is interfering in our internal affairs nakedly. It is being seemed that he is the owner of this country”, said AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik.
