None can speak to media sans EC secy

No other member of the Election Commission (EC) can speak to the media except EC Secretary Jahangir Alam.

EC Public Relations Director Md Shariful Alam issued an office order regarding this matter on Sunday (November 5).

Following this order, only EC secretary is authorised to brief the media. The election commissioners as well as the EC officers will refrain from making any statement.
