DMP declares bounty on arrest of arson attackers

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner Habibur Rahman has announced Tk20,000 bounty on arson attackers.

The DMP commissioner made the announcement while addressing a meeting with fuel pump association at DMP headquarters in the capital on Monday noon (November 6).

He said any sabotage in the name of political program should be reported.

Meanwhile, he directed the owners of petrol pumps to stop selling in loose bottles to stop arson attackers.

Stren action will be taken if fuel oil is sold in any area of the city without license, the DMP commissioner added.
