Fourth phase fresh blockade begins

The fourth round of blockade enforced by the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and its allies begins on Sunday morning (November 12).

The dawn-to-dusk fresh blockade will continue till Tuesday (November 14).

Earlier on Saturday (November 11), BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi in a virtual press conference said that in the last 24 hours, a total of 315 leaders and activists of BNP and its affiliated organizations were arrested across the country. 12 cases were filed, in which 1 thousand 370 people were made accused. Meanwhile, ten leaders and activists were injured in different places.

On Thursday, (November 9), Ruhul Kabir Rizvi announced the blockade program through a virtual press conference.
