Awami League to start selling nomination forms Nov 17

The Awami League will start selling nomination forms from November 17 for the upcoming 12th parliament election.

Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader said this while addressing a press conference, following the announcement of election schedule, held at the party president’s Dhanmondi political office on Wednesday evening.

In response to the announcement of the schedule, he said, “Today is a very happy day. Awami League welcomes the schedule announced by the Election Commission.”

Earlier, the Election Commission (EC) announced that the 12th parliamentary election will be held on January 7 in 2024.
