Kazi Zafar Ullah made co-chair of AL’s election conducting body

The Awami League (AL) has made the party's Presidium Member Kazi Zafar Ullah as co-chairman of its election conducting committee for the 12th Jatiya Sangsad election.

Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has been made chief of the election conducting committee while party’s General Secretary Obaidul Quader has been made member secretary.

The decision was taken at the committee’s first meeting at the party’s Dhaka District Office at Tejgaon on Friday afternoon.

Awami League President Sheikh Hasina presided over the meeting.

On November 9, the committee was formed in a meeting of the Awami League Central Working Committee.
