AL gets permission to bring out Bijoy Rally in city Tuesday

The Awami League (AL) has got permission to bring out a Bijoy Rally (victory procession) in the capital tomorrow (Tuesday).

Returning Officer and Dhaka Divisional Commissioner Md Sabirul Islam issued a circular in this regard on Monday (December 18).

Marking the Victory Day, the procession will be brought out from the premises of Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and it will end after reaching Bangabandhu Bhaban at Dhanmondi-32 here.

AL General Secretary Obaidul Quader will inaugurate the victory procession.

He urged AL leaders and workers and people from all works of life to join the procession.

Quader said the Awami League units and its affiliated bodies will bring out victory procession across the country in line with the central AL's programme.
