I have dedicated myself for countrymen: Sheikh Hasina

Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has said, “Losing everything including my parents, I came back to the country to improve the standard of people’s lives and to improve the country. I announced that the people of this country are my family. I dedicated myself for them.”

As part of the electioneering of the 12th parliamentary election, she made the comments after virtually joining election rallies held at six districts of the country on Saturday (December 23).

At 3 pm today, the AL president connected virtually to the rallies from Dhaka district AL office at Tejgaon here.

She gradually addressed the rallies in Kushtia, Jhenaidah, Satkhira, Barguna, Netrakona, and Rangamati.

AL central leaders, its nominated candidates, and AL local leaders and workers participated in these rallies.

Earlier, on Thursday (December 21), AL President Sheikh Hasina addressed election rallies virtually in five districts, connecting from Dhaka.
