New govt faces three challenges ahead: Obaidul

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that the government has three challenges ahead. The challenges before the government are political, economic and diplomatic.

Obaidul Quader said this while addressing newsmen after paying homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Dhanmondi-32 on Friday (January 12).

He said that we have managed to overcome the crisis after conducting a peaceful and fair election. It was possible due to the magical leadership of Sheikh Hasina.

Obaidul Quader also said that our path was never easy. We had to cross thorny path since our birth. We got freedom under the leadership of Bangabandhu. Under the leadership of Bangabandhu's daughter Sheikh Hasina, we will the Sonar Bangla of Bangabandhu's dream, overcoming the difficulties. The implementation of the election manifesto is the main target of the government now.
