TIB is BNP’s agent: Quader

Awami League General Secretary also Road Transport and Bridge Minister Obaidul Quader opined that Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is BNP's agent.

The AL general secretary said this at a press briefing at the political office of the AL president in the capital's Dhanmondi on Thursday (January 18).

He said, “Their (TIB) every word is one-sided; they advocate for BNP. They are an anti-government organisation. TIB also speaks the same language as BNP.”

Obaidul said that history says they were always against Awami League. They speak for the BNP. We did not find neutrality in their research.

TIB said constructing Padma Bridge is impossible. The CPD [Centre for Policy Dialogue] also made the same comment. But the reality has been seen by the countrymen, he added.
