Khaleda Zia hospitalized again

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia was admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka early today (July 8) after she fell ill.

She was taken to the hospital around 4:45 am.

Khaleda's personal physician, Professor AZM Zahid Hossain confirmed the matter.

Earlier, on Jun 22, Khaleda was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit, or CCU, of Evercare Hospital after she fell ill. A pacemaker was implanted in the former prime minister’s heart the following day.

Khaleda Zia is suffering from a range of medical issues, including diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, and various complications with her lungs, liver, and kidneys.
