AL to hold gayebana janaza for victims

Awami League will hold gayebana janaza across the country today for the BCL activist Sabuj Ali and others killed during clashes on Tuesday.

The gayebana janaza will be held after Asr prayer on Wednesday (July 17).

AL office secretary Barrister Biplab Barua said Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader directed the party leaders and activists to hold a gayebana janaza for the victims killed during clashes with BNP-Jamaat cadres.

Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) president Saddam Hossain said the namaz-e-Janaza of Md Sabuj Ali will be held in capital’s Shahbagh at 3:00pm.
