6 dead as truck crashes into auto rickshaw in Narsingdi

Six people were killed when a truck hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Narsingdi on Saturday noon (October 26).

Identities of the deceased could not be known instantly.

Shibpur Model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Afzal Hossain confirmed the matter.

Nasim Ahmed, a witnesses of the accident said that goods-laden the truck rammed the auto-rickshaw in Pacharbari area of Shibpur on Manahardi-Shibpur road, leaving six people inside the auto rickshaw dead on the spot.

Later, on information, police recovered the bodies.
