We do not want Hasina to return: Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that Sheikh Hasina became fascist, taking advantage of the weaknesses of political parties. So, we do not want her to return to power.

The BNP secretary general said this at a discussion organized by Jatiyatabi Peshajibi Parishad at the National Press Club on Tuesday.

If BNP comes to power, we will form a national government with participation from all parties that supported them throughout.

Highlighting the need for holding an election swiftly to save the nation, Fakhrul urged the interim government to focus on specific reforms.
