Fakhrul-led BNP delegation now at Jamuna

A five-member delegation led by BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir arrived at the Chief Adviser’s official residence, State Guest House Jamuna, to meet the interim government’s Chief Adviser Prof Dr Muhammad Yunus.

They entered the Chief Adviser’s official residence Jamuna at 6 pm on Wednesday (November 27).

Other members of the BNP delegation included party’s standing committee members Mirza Abbas, Nazrul Islam Khan, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury and Salahuddin Ahmed.

Party sources said the BNP leaders will discuss the country’s latest political situation, the party’s position on reforms, and the next election.

Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP’s media cell, confirmed the information.
