Tarique Rahman calls emergency meeting

Acting BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman has called an emergency standing committee meeting for Monday night to discuss party strategies and new decisions.

The meeting will be held at the party chairperson’s office in Gulshan at 8:30 pm on Monday. Tarique Rahman will preside over the session virtually.

BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the development.

Party sources indicate that the meeting is being held ahead of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s upcoming medical trip.
