Khaleda Zia expected to reach London by 9:30am

Former prime minister and BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia is scheduled arrive in London around 9:30 am on Wednesday (January 8).

Tarique Rahman, eldest son of Khaleda Zia will receive her at the airport.

Khaleda Zia's personal physician, Prof Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain revealed the information while addressing a press conference on Tuesday (January 7).

He said that the air ambulance carrying Madam (Khaleda Zia) will go to Qatar first. Then, the flight will leave Qatar for London after a break. The plane is scheduled to arrive at London's Heathrow International Airport at 9:30 am on Wednesday. Doctors from the London Clinic will also be present there.

Earlier, a huge crowds bid farewell to BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia on her way towards Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport to fly to London for medical treatment on Tuesday night.
