Oikyafront to hold rally in capital on Nov 2

Senior Correspondent: The Jatiya Oikyafront is going to hold a rally in Dhaka on November 2 to place its seven-point demand, including holding the next national election under a non-partisan government.
BNP senior joint secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi made the announcement while addressing a press briefing in capital’s Nayapaltan party office on Monday.
Rizvi said the rally will be held either at Suhrawardy Udyan or in front of BNP’s Nayapaltan central office.
After holding the public rally in Dhaka, the next rally of Jatiya Oikyafront will be held in Rajshahi on November 6, he said.
Earlier on October 24, the alliance led by Dr Kamal Hossain held its rally at Registry field in Sylhet. Later, the second rally was held in Chattogram city on October 27.
BNP Vice-Chairman Shawkat Mahmud, Joint Secretary General Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal and central leaders attended the press conference.
