Oikyafront leaders to hold meeting today

Senior Correspondent: Jatiya Oikyafront leaders have convened a meeting to discuss the their next course of action before attending the dialogue with ruling Awami League ahead of national election.

The meeting will begin on Tuesday around 4:00pm at the chamber of Gono Forum President and Jatiya Oikyafront leader Dr Kamal Hossain.

Oikyafront Steering committee leader and Gono Forum general secretary Mostafa Mohsin Montu told risingbd that the leaders of Jatiya Oikyafront will join the meeting to discuss over the dialogue with Awami League scheduled to hold on Thursday.

The topic of the discussion will be fixed in the meeting, he added.

Earlier, the Jatiya Oikyafront, led by Dr Kamal Hossain, sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina seeking dialogue over the national election. Responding to the letter, the Premier invited Jatiya Oikyafront leaders for talks at the Gono Bhaban on November 1.
