Oikyafront leaders at Gonobhaban to join dialogue

Senior Correspondent: Twenty leaders of Jatiya Oikyafront led by the alliance leader Dr Kamal Hossain, also Gono Forum president, have reached Gonobhaban, Prime Minister’s official residence, to join dialogue over the upcoming 11th general election.

Oikyafront leaders started entering the Gonobhaban separately after 6:30pm on Thursday as the dialogue chaired by PM is scheduled to be held at 7:00pm.

PM Sheikh Hasina on Tuesday invited Oikyafront leaders to Gonobhaban for dialogue after the alliance leader Dr Kamal Hossain wrote her a letter.

The Awami League led government will also hold dialogues with Bikalpadhara Bangladesh and Jatiya Party gradually.
