Those who secure BNP nomination letters on 2nd day

Senior Reporter: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has continued distributing nomination letters to their candidates for the second consecutive day.

The leaders and activists are collecting the nomination letter from the party’s chairperson Gulshan political office on Tuesday. 

Who have received nomination papers on the second are Khandoker Mahbub Hossain (Barguna-2), Mostafizur Rahman Babul (Jamalur-3), Mostafizur Rahman (Chattogram 16), Toufiqul Islam (Brahmanbaria-3) and Abdul Khaleque (Brahmanbaria-6).

BNP on Monday started distributing the nomination letters formally by giving nomination letters of BNP chief Khaleda Zia for Bagura-6, 7 and Feni-1 constituencies.

According to the election schedule, the 11th parliamentary election will be held on December 30 and the last date of filing nominations is November 28.
