BNP will stay in polls: Fakhrul

Thakurgaon Correspondent:  BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said that BNP will stay in polls in a bid to prove that holding a fair election under the Awami League government is not possible.

Fakhrul said this while talking to journalists in front of his Thakurgaon residence on Thursday morning.

The election process has turned into a farce and no election atmosphere is prevailing in the country, he alleged.

He also alleged that the goons equipped with sticks, machetes and arms not only roaming in the area openly but also threatening people.
