Jamaat also calls another two-day blockade

After BNP’s announcement, Jamaat-e-Islami has also called another two-day nationwide blockade starting from Wednesday to press home their demands.

Acting Secretary General of the party Maulana ATM Masum made the announcement in a statement on Monday eveing.

Earlier, the BNP announced another two-day nationwide blockade from Wednesday morning, demanding release of all of their leaders including Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and immediate resignation of the ruling government.

The third phase of the blockade will start at 6:00am on Wednesday and will continue till Friday 6:00am.
