ICT Division launches advanced training program for students

Information and Communication Technology Division (ICTD) has officially launched the "Leading ICT Solutions" training program for students, in partnership with HUAWEI Technologies Bangladesh.

This specialized program is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in the latest ICT solutions. The initiative aims to empower the next generation of technology professionals in Bangladesh, equipping them with the skills required to succeed in an increasingly digital world.

ICT division issued a press notification in this regard on Sunday (February 23).

The training program includes a comprehensive curriculum covering several key areas, such as HCIP-Datacom-Advanced Routing & Switching Technology, OceanStor Storage Deployment and Management, Cloud Computing Technology, HUAWEI CLOUD Stack 8.x Administrator Training, and 5G Network Basic Principles.

The inauguration ceremony of the program was graced by Mr. Shish Haider Chowdhury, ndc, Secretary, ICT Division. During his speech, Mr. Chowdhury emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering Bangladesh's digital transformation and promoting inclusive growth. He highlighted how this training initiative offers students a unique opportunity to learn about cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the country’s digital future.

Through this program, the ICT Division is reaffirming its commitment to developing a skilled, future-ready workforce, while supporting the country's ongoing efforts in digital innovation. The collaboration with HUAWEI Technologies Bangladesh further underscores the importance of industry partnerships in advancing the nation’s ICT capabilities.
