Quota protesters hold funeral prayer in absentia for victims

Quota protesters held a gayebana namaz-e-janaza, a funeral prayer, in absentia for quota reform movement victims on the VC Chattar of Dhaka University on Wednesday afternoon.

At that time six coffins  (symbolic) covered with national flags were kept in front of them. 

Several thousands of students gathered to offer the prayer.

The prayer was held at around 4:05pm.  Six people were killed during the quota reform movement on Tuesday (July 16) in Dhaka, Chattogram and Rangpur.
