Five more die of dengue 

Five more dengue patients died in the country during the last 24 hours till Thursday morning.

With this, a total of 514 people died of dengue disease this year.

During the time, a total of 570 patients were admitted to different hospitals.

The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) issued a press release in this regard on Thursday evening.

During the period, 99 dengue patients were hospitalised in Dhaka North City, 98 in Dhaka South City, 138 in Dhaka division (outside of city corporations), 34 in Rajshahi division, 54 in Barishal division, 47 in Chattogram division, 64 in Khulna division, 17 in Mymensingh division, one in Rangpur division and two in Sylhet division, he said. 

Meanwhile, 627 dengue patients have been discharged from hospitals across the country in last 24 hours.

With this, a total of 92,001 people have been discharged this year.
