Bangladesh, India jointly become SAFF U-19 Women`s Championships 

After a long drama, Bangladesh and India have jointly been declared the SAFF U-19 Women's Championships. 

The final match commissioner withdrew the previous decision of crowning India as the champions by virtue of a coin toss after the home side protested the stipulation. 

Two referees took the decision of virtue of a coin toss after a lengthy penalty shootout at the Birshrestha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur on Thursday night. 

Shibani gave India the lead in the eighth minute but Bangladesh striker Sagorika netted a goal to take the game to penalties.
